What is not allowed?

These items are “NOT” allowed!

  • No weapons of any kind.
  • No fireworks or explosives.
  • No outside food.
  • No squirt guns.
  • No glass containers.
  • No outside drinks (water up to 20oz is permitted if its factory sealed or in a reusable bottle).
  • No alcohol.
  • No illegal drugs, narcotics or drug paraphernalia.
  • No coolers of any size.
  • No tents, pop-ups, canopies or umbrellas. These block the view for others.
  • No large or framed backpacks.
  • Bicycles are not allowed inside the festival grounds.
  • No tailgating in parking lots.
  • No refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
  • No pets (except service animals).
  • No unauthorized vendors allowed!!

What time do the festival gates open and when is it over?

Gates Open at 1pm Friday and music ends at 12am
Gate Open again at 1pm Saturday and the festival will end at 12:30am.
(Campers have different times please see camping FAQ section) 

Can I bring my chair to the festival?

Yes you can, but please be thoughtful of the people sitting behind you. Low sitting chairs are preferred. .

What time does the music start?

The music begins 30-45 minutes after gates open at 1pm.

Can I go in and out of the festival grounds throughout the day?

You are allowed to go in and out of the festival grounds 1-2 times up until 6pm, but you will be searched upon re-entry. If you leave, get super stumbling drunk and then come back to the festival our security won’t let you come back in.
If you abuse the re-entry rules you will not be welcome back into the festival grounds. 

We want everyone to have fun but be safe about it please!

Will ticket prices increase the day of the show?

Yes, festival tickets are on a tier pricing system that works on tickets available and days until the event.
The sooner you buy the less they will cost.

Make sure to save yourself some money and BUY your tickets early.

Can I bring my kids?

Absolutely! We welcome families of all ages. Kids 6 and under are free. Strollers for children are permitted but please be mindful of other guests. 

Can I bring my chairs, pop-up tent, canopy or umbrellas?

Due to safety concerns, space concerns and viewing concerns, we are asking you to leave the tents, canopies, and umbrellas at home. You can bring chairs and blankets to sit on.

Can I bring my camera?

Yes, but no “professional cameras” with interchangeable lenses will be allowed.

Will there be food & beer at the festival?

Yes! There will be a great variety of food vendors plus a number of craft & domestic beer wagons. In addition we will have a full service liquor bar.
(Must be 21+ to drink) 

Will there be First Aid on site?

Of course, not only is it required by the state of Utah but we always look out for the safety of our fans!
But seriously, be safe. 

Will there be ATMs?

Yes, the will be a number of ATMs inside the festival grounds.

Will there be ADA accommodations?

We want to provide an unforgettable experience for everybody at Bonanza Campout. We will also have ADA Accessible Restrooms throughout the festival grounds and an ADA approved viewing area. If you have further questions please email [email protected]

Will I be able to find Security if needed?

Absolutely. Security will be at the front gate, near the stages and roaming throughout the festival grounds. They will be easy to identify and happy to help!

I’m a photographer. Can I come take pictures?

To request a photographer pass please send a photo request to [email protected].  The deadline for submissions will be May 20th, 2016.
